Throughout the programme you will benefit from active personal guidance. Together with your career officer from Human Resources you will make an annual tailor-made plan of your learning activities and future career. This plan is our promise for your development. On a day-to-day basis you will receive on the job feedback and support from your first line manager. And last but not least, several times a year you will meet your personal mentor on executive level, who will be your sparring partner on the challenges you run into.
